Moscow Residents Give Excellent Mark for Quality of Electronic Services in 80% of Cases

In the first half of 2022, the residents of Moscow gave the highest rating to the quality of public services more than 560,000 times on the mos.ru portal. The ‘excellent’ mark covers 82% of all the evaluations.

According to deputy mayor Natalya Sergunina of Moscow, “the demand for services on the mos.ru portal is constantly growing. During the entire 2018, residents rated the quality of services 520,000 times, and in the first half of 2022 only they gave evaluations more than 680,000 times. The number of ‘excellent’ marks grew from 72% to 82%.”

During the same period of time, 6% of users (more than 41,000) rated the quality of services as ‘good’. Thus, the percentage of positive feedback is over 88%.

The ‘Declutter Service’ (unwanted items removal) has the highest rating with over 4.9 points. Residents also gave high evaluations to the services for booking medical appointments, issuing a universal library card, applying for compensation for nursery and kindergarten costs, and the service for submitting communal services meter readings. In total, the portal includes over 380 online services.
