Natalya Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, says that the amount of financial support for technology companies in 2020 grew nine-fold and was estimated at almost 1.2 billion rubles.

The most active users of financial aid were the residents of the Moscow’s technoparks and members of the Moscow Innovation Cluster (the Skolkovo Foundation, the Kurchatov Institute research center, Rusnano, the Strogino and Slava technoparks, etc.). Last year, payments reimbursing part of the cost of leasing, loans or purchase of equipment, as well as payments repaying interest on loans for the development of activities totaling 434 mln rubles were approved for them.
