MTS, Russia's largest telecom operator, has released its financial results for the third quarter of 2021. The company's consolidated revenue increased by 8.4% in the third quarter of 2021year-on-year to $1.8 billion (138.2 billion rubles).
The increase is due to growth in the following areas: telecommunications, financial technology, media, retail, as well as cloud and digital B2B solutions, MTS said in a statement.

MTS's net profit in the third quarter of 2021 decreased by 12.5% compared to the same period in 2020, amounting to $224.8 million (16.5 billion rubles). At the same time, net profit for the first nine months of this year increased by 3.2%, to $681.5 million (49.9 billion rubles).
