While Nginx, hosting web server, left Russian market, a part of the team established the Web-Server company in Russia under the Angie trademark. Its main activity is computer software development. Initial investments in the project amounted to $1 million.

Angie will also provide support to Nginx users in Russia. The solution will be distributed under an open license. The company notes that currently it does not plan to adapt Angie for the Russian Linux distributions, butif such a step turns out to be an easy one, Angie for Astra Linux will also appear.
