Russian social networks Odnoklassniki, VK and Telegram have reported an increase in the number of new users and their activity. Since the beginning of March, the growth in user registrations on Odnoklassniki exceeded 66%. The recovery of old accounts increased by 36%, the number of users who began to actively manage and update their pages increased by 40%.

Over the past two weeks, the number of daily users of VK has grown by 300,000 people. During the same time, the number of video views increased by 40%, and the number of short vertical videos uploads in Clips doubled. On March 8, the social network recorded 1.75 billion video views and 600 million clip views per day.

Telegram has also seen an increase in the number of new users lately. Since March 11, the number of subscriptions to Russian channels in the messenger has increased by more than 40 million. Before that, the influx of new users (almost 10 million people) was recorded every day from February 24 to 26.
