Moscow-based service for scheduling in service industry Yclients bought the developer of business automation platforms Alliance IT Technology (part of the Aktion group). As a result of the transaction, the service will receive three platforms: an online management system for dentistry, Denta, a program for managing clinics, Clinic-Online, and an online management system for a beauty salon, Arnika.

According to the publication, this is the first major acquisition of Yclients, as a result of which the number of clients of the platform in the medical segment will reach more than 3 thousand, and the total client base will approach 40 thousand companies. The service is present in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
