Optima Development construction company has invested more than $3 million in the creation of an intelligent system for monitoring and managing services in the Prime Park residential complex.
The system will provide residents with remote access to services in the apartment, house, parking and external service organizations. Currently the final testing of the software that connects this intelligent system with the Prime Park mobile application is underway.
The application includes an electronic key, access to the security system and ordering passes, access to the parking lot and the ability to use its services, access to the concierge service, control and payment of utilities, as well as an alarm button.
At the end of July MTS announced the creation of a digital residential complex in Moscow. The company plans to provide the buildings and territory of the Balchug Viewpoint residential complex with digital solutions for automatic meter readings and billing for housing and utilities, contactless access to closed territories using a smartphone, entering a parking lot using license plate recognition and a security system based on video analytics.
