Cybersecurity company Positive Technologies will list common shares on the Moscow Exchange. The securities will be traded from December 17 under the POSI code with settlement in rubles.

The listing is being carried out to create a transparent investment profile for the company and attract a wide range of people to the composition of shareholders, the company explained.

Positive Technologies' plans to hold an IPO on the Moscow Exchange were announced in March 2021. Then it was planned to put up for auction about 10% of the shares.
