Omnic, a manufacturer of postamat and business automation systems, raised $407,700 (30 million rubles) in investments from Impact Capital. The assessment of the company at the end of the round was $20.3 million (1.5 billion rubles).
The funds raised are planned to be used for international development, expansion of the product line and expansion of the OmniCDEK network from the current 900 checkpoints to 3 thousand.
According to the founder of Impact Capital Valery Zolotukhin, in the spring of 2021 Omnic attracted $1.9 million (140 million rubles) from private investors. Prior to this, the company developed through equity capital, as well as the reinvestment of part of the profits.
