The production of semiconductors for electronic equipment and household appliances is planned on premises of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone. Investments in the construction of production lines will amount to more than 70 million rubles.

Currently, the enterprise, which has become a resident of Technopolis Moscow, produces semiconductor products, including crystals for super high frequency and high-frequency diodes, fast transistors and diode arrays. They are effectively used in radiolocation and meteorological location, and are also used at ultrahigh frequencies, at which the GLONASS, GPS and GSM systems operate. In the future, it is planned to start assembling functional devices based on the enterprise’s own crystals.
