Moscow-based team k806 took third place in the Wildberries hackathon finals, where 15 teams and 65 participants presented solutions for promoting goods and improving search algorithms. The prize was 100 thousand rubles.
The k806 members have developed a web service for generating tags for a search query, which, based on the search results, offers similar products, and also issues navigation tags for such accompanying tasks as delivery, support, returns.
The first place went to the BLM team, the second went to Cross team 2.0. In total, there were 716 participants from 75 Russian cities at the start of the competition. All winners will be able to continue cooperation with Wildberries in the future.
