The existing services for the selection of real estate are being integrated with the state platform for recording rental housing.

The new platform will keep records of real estate lease agreements to “whitewash the rental housing market”. According to the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction Nikita Stasishin, "the landlord and the tenant will be able to sign the document on the platform itself, where it will also be possible to select a draft agreement, previously verified legally."

The department clarified that the integration will be as simple as possible for the user, so that it is convenient for him to use the system. The measure was discussed with representatives of services, including DomClick, Avito and Cian, and Yandex.

The plans for the creation by the Ministry of Construction of a special state platform for accounting for rented real estate became known in 2020.
