The recommendation system will be based on “Rabota v Rossii” (“Jobs in Russia”), an all-Russian base of job vacancies. The service will find suitable jobs for job-seekers and select candidates for employers and employment services. The tools for job market analysis considering its dynamics and different types of employments will also be developed.
To configure the system and improve the accuracy of recommendations, the developers need user behaviour and search engine results datasets. Previously, Rostrud did not use “Rabota v Rossii” to monitor employment, but now it is already collecting feedback - the responses from job seekers, invitations from employers and facts of getting a job and staff recruitment using the portal.
