Rusonyx hosting provider (headquartered in Moscow) has acquired the largest competitor in St. Petersburg - Infobox. Konstantin Anisimov, CEO and co-owner of Rusonyx, told the Kommersant newspaper.
According to him, the deal amounted to about 90 million rubles (equivalent to $1.1 million) After the merger of the two companies, Rusonyx's customer base will increase by 12 thousand to 37 thousand, and Infobox employees will become part of the Moscow company. The combined structure's annual turnover is expected to exceed 300 million rubles (equivalent to $3.9 million).
