Ivi video service is preparing for an IPO: the company has filed an application with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. This was reported by the RBC edition with reference to its own sources close to the company. There is no official confirmation of this information yet.

According to journalists, it is scheduled to be listed on the American stock exchange NASDAQ in the first quarter of 2021. The exact date and details of the placement are unknown.

In October, Reuters reported that online movie theater ivi, along with online retailer Ozon, are considering an IPO in the US this year. According to the agency, preliminary plans for both companies were aimed at this fall.
