Sberbank agreed to purchase Muzlab streaming audio service

Sberbank signed binding documents on the acquisition of 100% of the Muzlab audio streaming service and its integration into the SberZvuk service, which is already part of the bank's ecosystem. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Sberbank expects that the acquisition will significantly expand the audience of Muzlab and strengthen its position in the b2b segment. The general director of SberZvuk, Mikhail Ilyichev, explained that as a result of the transaction, the services will combine musical expertise and technologies, algorithms for working with big data and recommendations of b2b and b2c services.
