Sberbank considers the possibility of IPO of Samokat and Delivery Club food delivery services over the next two years, although specific dates have not yet been determined.
According to the First Deputy CEO of Sberbank Lev Khasis, investors show high interest in these "rapidly developing" assets. “Potentially – perhaps starting next year or 2023 – it will make sense to think about a public offering of these assets,” Khasis said.
Samokat and Delivery Club are part of a joint venture JV with Mail.ru Group, O2O Holding. The partners' shares in the joint venture are 45% each. For the first half of 2021, the holding's revenue increased to 22.9 billion rubles, an increase from 5.4 billion rubles a year earlier.
