Sberbank has released the first series of its self-driving vehicles for testing on the streets of Moscow.
Vehicles, which are being developed by the Sberbank division SberAutoTech, have received permission to travel on public roads. They will be tested immediately in difficult winter conditions of high temperatures, poor visibility and dangerous road conditions. During the tests drivers will be present in the vehicles. In the near future, the company will increase its fleet of unmanned vehicles to 10.
In September, Sberbank announced that it would transfer the production of unmanned vehicles to a separate company SberAutoTech.
