Several Russian tech companies have announced personnel appointments.

Andrey Cheglakov became CEO of New Cloud Technologies (the developer of MyOffice) on March 10. Since December 2016, he has been chairman of the board of directors. Cheglakov replaced the founder of the company, Dmitriy Komissarov, who will become product development director. At the same time, Komissarov will remain a member of the company’s board of directors. The company’s spokespersons noted that personnel changes were necessary “to expand the product portfolio and optimize operational processes”.

At the National Center of Informatization (part of the United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation of state corporation Rostec), Alexey Agapov, who was the CEO of Upravleniye VOLS-VL (Rosseti Tsifra), was appointed to the position of General Director instead of Konstantin Solodukhin. Solodukhin will focus on civilian products as deputy general director of the United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation.
