Sberbank opened the first branch of the new generation in Moscow at Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 2. According to Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of Executive Board of Sber, in 2021 there will be two or three such branches in each region. In total, the company plans to open more than 300 upgraded offices.

The branch office is equipped with a biometric system, which makes it possible to service clients without passport. ATMs are equipped with a face recognition function; clients can withdraw money using a card or a smartphone, or in a contactless way using a voice assistant or face.

Moreover, in the new office of Sber, clients can send and receive a parcel, connect to the Okko multimedia service, test the SberPortal smart display, buy cinema and concert tickets, and order a taxi. The number of products and services will continue to grow, the company representatives say.
