Based on the results of the selection, projects will be tested on the basis of capital pilot sites (technoparks, hospitals, educational and cultural institutions, industrial enterprises), and the most promising ones will receive recommendations for implementation in the Lomonosov cluster. The program operator is the Moscow Innovation Agency.
The Innovation Science and Technology Center (ISTC) of Moscow State University Vorobyovy Gory will include nine specialized clusters. In 2021, the construction of the first infrastructure facility, the Lomonosov cluster, began.
