IT service provider Softline bought the National Development and Support Center (NCPR), which specializes in supply, development and technical support of secure open-source software. The deal amounted to $10 million.
As a result of the agreement, Softline became the holder of 99.9% of the NCPR. According to the sources of the publication, the deal will allow Softline to obtain databases of software certificates, which are necessary for deliveries to government agencies.

According to the results of the last fiscal year (ended on March 31), the turnover of the NCRT reached $4.3 million, the profit was $3.6 million.
