Moscow-based international cybersecurity services provider Softline has acquired the licensing business of Squalio, an international data processing technology company. This business line accounted for 98% of the company's total revenue in 2020.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sandis Kolomenskis will remain the CEO of Squalio. He will continue to run the licensing business with the support of Softline. The structure of other Squalio businesses will not change.
The deal is consistent with plans for further expansion of the company in Europe, Softline said. Over the past year, the company has increased the share of its international business to 45%.
