Softline Intends to Raise $400 Million During the IPO

IT services provider Softline plans to raise around $400 million during the IPO for acquisitions, investments and general corporate purposes. The price range for IPOs in London and Moscow is from $7.5 to $10.5 per share. As a result, Softline's market capitalization will range from $1.49 billion to $1.93 billion.

Shareholders are expected to sell 15% of global depositary receipts. Credit Suisse Group AG, JPMorgan Chas and VTB Capital were chosen as the organizers of the placement. Alfa Capital Markets, Citigroup, Gazprombank JSC and Sberbank CIB will collect and record applications from investors.

Softline announced plans to hold an IPO in May 2021, after releasing financial results for the last year, with the turnover increasing to $1.8 billion (127.7 billion rubles). The double listing was announced in September 2021, with plans to raise $500 million.
