Strategy of ANO Digital Economy through 2024 Determined

Members of the Supervisory Board of ANO Digital Economy approved the development strategy of the organization until 2024. The main directions will be “Digital transformation of industries and companies”, “Safe open infrastructure”, “Human resources for the digital economy”, “Effective regulation” and “EEF and international cooperation”, the press service of the Russian government reports.

At the same time, communications, the IoT and AI are identified as priority projects for implementation. According to Deputy Government Dmitry Chernyshenko, the key goal of the Digital Economy's strategy is “a billion IoT devices by 2025”.

It is also planned to deploy experimental legal regimes, including unmanned vehicles and other promising experimental projects, including assistance in scaling their application, promoting Russian digital solutions and Russian digital leaders in the international market.

Earlier, a memorandum on the establishment of the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the basis of ANO Digital Economy was signed. Some of the projects will be launched this year. In particular, it is planned to develop projects in the field of unmanned vehicles, medicine and data processing.
