Tabula Sense, a Moscow-based smart desk startup, presented a modernized model of its product. The IoT desk is integrated with the cloud-based DeskMe system, which allows to book workplaces on a 3D office map. Moreover, an employee presence sensor is built into the desk.

The product looks like a regular desk, however, it already has sockets, USB and wireless chargers, and it is connected to the cloud DeskMe system. To work with the booking, we added a presence sensor, an NFC reader and an RGB LED for displaying the status to the desk.

The product was designed for coworking and flexible offices, and for the offices where employees work in a hybrid format. The prototype of the product was tested in the Tinkoff office in the SOK network. In the future, Tabula Sense plans to expand the functionality of the IoT desk and add the function of completely blocking and de-energizing it.
