The Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center, resident of Technopolis Moscow, launched the production of microelectronics for industry, robotics and other high-tech areas.

The production lines produce integrated circuits designed to monitor rotation angle in control systems. In addition, it can be used in the automotive industry for electronic engine control units. The Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center production is said to correspond to foreign analogues while the company’s own technical solutions were used.
