Svetofor Group (Skolkovo resident), the operator of educational services for drivers has placed its shares on the Moscow Exchange. This is the first time a Skolkovo startup has entered the IPO, the press service of the technopark said. The trading began on January 18th.
The company plans to use the funds raised through the IPO to develop distance learning services in B2C and B2B formats.
In 2017, the Moscow Innovation Agency recommended to include the developments of the company in the list of innovative, high-tech products and technologies and noted the interest in the company's developments from city customers.
