The Ministry of Construction has prepared a draft government decree providing for the establishment of an experimental legal regime in Moscow in the field of digital innovations in construction. In particular, in the direction of the provision of public services.

The explanatory note notes that the adoption of the project will allow testing and implementing a digital platform for interaction between construction participants. According to TASS, the experiment will last three years. It is planned to be introduced in three stages in relation to different groups of objects: the first stage - social, communal and transport infrastructure, the second stage - non-residential real estate, the third stage - housing. Public discussion of the project will end on March 6, 2020.

In Russia, on January 28, the law on experimental legal regimes in the field of digital innovation came into force, which involves testing IT technologies in various industries.
