The Russian authorities are going to increase the level of citizens’ trust in AI technologies. It is proposed to launch a popularization campaign in the media and social networks and create a national online portal about AI, ‘The Future of Russia. National Projects’ portal reports with reference to the draft passport of the “Artificial Intelligence” federal project.

A trust index will be evaluated as part of the campaign. It will show the amount of respondents who are ready to use artificial intelligence technologies in everyday life.

In 2021 the first events within the campaign will take place, and by 2024 at least 170 lectures should be held. The campaign is expected to reach up to 33 million people.
