Education holding Ultimate Education has acquired a controlling stake in Bang Bang Education online school. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Through the partnership, Bang Bang Education plans to improve business processes, strengthen development direction, and increase turnover and accelerate the scaling process.

As a result of the deal, the online school will become part of the Ultimate Education holding, which has a total audience of more than 70 thousand students. At the moment, the total audience of Bang Bang Education exceeds 50 thousand people.
