As follows from the list of economic support measures, the government is considering the possibility of introducing uniform rules for telecom operators to access state and municipal infrastructure (buildings, structures, roofs and supports) suitable for deploying communication networks. Spokesperson from the Ministry of Digital Development clarified that the lack of uniform rules affects the provision of communication services, and also increases the time for concluding and performing contracts.

The Ministry also noted that it has developed amendments to the Communications Act, according to which state bodies will assist operators in deploying communications infrastructure at their facilities and independently determine the rules for interacting with operators during the deployment of infrastructure.
