The Smart Cadastre service based on neural networks and spatial analysis algorithms began to be used to fill the Unified State Register of Real Estate (Rosreestr).
The service classifies the identified real estate objects and generates various datasets, including by categories:
- absent in the USRN;
- located in "zone allowed"/ "zone not allowed", that is, suitable or unsuitable for involvement in circulation.
Currently, Smart Cadastre is undergoing a trial operation. Soon it is planned to introduce it in the Khabarovsk Territory. According to Rosreestr estimates, the service will add additional land plots to circulation and replenish the USRN database with 17 million records
