VTB will use artificial intelligence to assess the satisfaction of bank customers by facial expressions and pulse.
The solution is based on neural network models and algorithms that read and evaluate the physiological indicators of clients from video. The study is carried out on the basis of VTB's internal data, and a pilot testing is planned as a result.
The method was developed jointly with specialists from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). The technology is expected to significantly speed up the process of obtaining customer feedback.
The fact that MIPT and VTB have created a laboratory for the development of artificial intelligence, where research will be conducted in the field of determining the psycho-emotional state of personnel, was reported in April.
