X5 Group will close groceries and ready-to-eat food express delivery service Okolo. The company decided to focus on express delivery from retail chains of X5 and the development of a system of unified dark stores.
The company’s spokespersons say that Okolo app will stop working. Delivery will be available in the apps of Pyaterochka, Perekrestok and Mnogo Lososya.
Okolo was launched in July 2020. In April 2021, the service began to deliver orders from restaurants in Moscow.
