HeadHunter will invest $5 million in a platform for legal entities with self-employed YouDo Business, a joint platform with YouDo. The funds raised are planned to be used to develop a B2B platform.
As a result of the deal, HeadHunter became a minority shareholder in YouDo. The size of the acquired share has not been disclosed. According to Denis Kutergin, the founder of YouDo, the service plans to take a leading position in the part-time market. He also noted that since the beginning of cooperation with HeadHunter, YouDo's B2B direction has grown several times.
