Tholons Services Globalization Index 2020 (TSGI), a flagship research report and ranking of the Top 50 “Digital Nations” and Top 100 “Super Cities” released by Tholons. Services Globalization (outsourcing) industry has been shaken by the paradigm shift and big industry leaders are grappling to align their business model to the new world of enterprise digital innovation and transformation.

Tholons Services Globalization Index (TSGI) is published annually and is the industry’s premier ranking of the Top 100 “Super Cities” and Top 50 “Digital Nations”. The first place in this rating is occupied by India not for the first time, the second is the United States and the third is Brazil. The top ten also includes Canada, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, Mexico, Vietnam and Singapore. Russia took seventh place in 2020, as it did a year earlier.

Moscow took the 18th place, over the year, Moscow has improved its position in the rating of super-cities by five positions at once (23rd place in the top100 of the TSGI 2019 rating). In addition to Moscow, St. Petersburg is also included in the rating of super cities, however this year it took only 51 lines, although a year earlier it was on the 32nd position of the rating.
