The supplier puts products on sale, specifying its exact characteristics and offering its price. The retailer in turn can describe the required product criteria and select the appropriate one.

The contact details of the parties are not disclosed until they confirm the actual transaction and the transaction itself appears on the platform. Each party pays a penalty for refusing the transaction after the conclusion of the contract. The platform takes a percentage of the transactions.

In the futurethere will be built-in services on the platform for issuing credits to participants of the transactions and it will be possible to organize logistics of ordered goods.
