The main idea of ​​the service is to simplify the process of preparing documentation for tax authorities, including notification of controlled transactions (a mandatory document for the Federal Tax Service), by consolidating the company's own data, external information and analytical tools in a single system.

The ASTRA service allows you to describe a controlled transaction in accordance with the law, conduct a functional analysis of transactions between related parties, select a method for justifying the market price of a transaction; build, in accordance with the specified criteria, lists of comparable organizations (for commodity transactions and service transactions) and calculate market profitability intervals; to conduct an economic analysis of financial transactions based on comparing the profitability of a financial transaction carried out by the user with the profitability of comparable bonded loans; create, based on the analysis, documentation and prepare a notification that can be submitted to the tax authorities.
