The solution is a high-tech software platform based on artificial intelligence,&nbsp; it recognizes speech and realistically voices any text, imitating a live dialogue with an operator.&nbsp;The bot can receive an incoming call, identify the subscriber's problem and solve it either independently or by redirecting it to a specialist. Chats can be displayed in Yandex search results page, and also used as skills of<a href="https://ict.moscow/card/alisa/" target="_blank"> Alice voice assistant</a>. The voice&nbsp; assistant action scenario is activated by pronouncing the code&nbsp; word. &nbsp;During the dialogue, Alice transmits user remarks to the server of the client that created the dialog and answers with predefined phrases or links.

Yandex.IO is the basis of smart devices with Alisa voice assistant. It includes two components: the main board and microphone array. The main board operates as a computing center, plays music and movies and enables Alisa’s work and skills that already exist and those that could be created by third-party developers using Dialogues service. Neuronet models for speech recognition and synthesis, essential speech processing, talking on unrelated topics are learning via Kolmogorov&nbsp;supercomputer.

Marusya searches for information on the Internet, reports weather forecasts and showtimes, plays music in Vkontakte. In June 2019 Marusya was launched in testing mode. It will be integrated into other Mail.ru Group’s products and external services. The system is self-learning using neuronets. 
The access to the app is free for external developers, who can get access to the platform and offer enhancements.
