The supercomputer was created specifically to work with artificial intelligence algorithms. Its power allows you to train software models based on complex neural networks.

The supercomputer is intended for scientific research, commercial and government organizations operating in various sectors of the economy - oil and gas, electric power, heavy industry, medicine, telecommunications, retail, financial sector, etc. Christofari's capacities are provided to commercial customers from the SberCloud cloud.

Christofari was created in partnership with NVIDIA and is based on high-performance NVIDIA DGX-2 modules equipped with Tesla V100 graphics accelerators. The effective performance of the Christofari is 6.7 PFLOPs (as measured by the LINPACK test). Peak performance being 8.8 PFLOPs.

Christofari has been put into commercial operation since December 12, 2019. Within the framework of the campaign “100 rubles for 100 minutes of the entire capacity of the Christofari supercomputer for training models”, clients can get 100 minutes of work on a data volume of up to 10 gigabytes for a nominal fee. The promotion will last until June 12, 2020.
