The platform is built on the basis of artificial intelligence, it is a symptom collection system and a virtual assistant for the doctor in making clinical decisions.  User interaction with the platform includes several stages.

The system asks questions: how to address a client, the most convenient communication format, gender and age, then the user individually selects several suggested symptoms. After that, the system asks clarifying questions, based on information previously received from the patient.  The doctor receives a report at the end of the dialogue, and the user is asked to switch to consultation and download files. The service also helps to find a suitable clinic and make an appointment.
