This online service allows to predict the time when the courier arrives at the client’s place, show the location of the courier at a specific point in time and provide communication. With the help of the service, all participants in the delivery process from dispatchers and couriers to managers and customers can interact very quickly.
The courier gets the opportunity to examine the lists of orders assigned to him today, to receive push notifications about the appointment of a new delivery order, to study the route on the map in the order card.
