Online aggregator of city service centers of digital devices maintenance and repair. It allows legal entities to connect to the service and provide repair and adjustment services for personal technical devices (computers, tablets, etc.). Currently 20 partner service centers and individual entrepreneurs are connected to the aggregator.

The system of authentication and registration on the mos.ru city portal and access to information resources of the city Mos.ID provides an API for third-party developers. This allows legal Internet resources oriented to the provision of the Internet services for Moscow residents to use the system for login user free of charge.

The advantage of this entry system is that the data stored in the system is always relevant: personal data entered during registration on mos.ru (information resources access control system) is checked in state databases, identity is confirmed in the multifunctional centers for provision of public and municipal services or by linking a confirmed public services account and contains a large number of verified information (while social networks only confirm phone number and e-mail).

Consequently, one user can have only one authentic account, and companies can provide services online (for example, to provide the results of medical tests, taken at a private clinic, an extract from the credit bureau without additional confirmation of identity).

The city wide contact center includes 34 hotlines for citizens, legal entities, authorities. It processes more than 3 million citizens’ calls per month, providing a high level of service provision and quality on a daily basis.

The automation of self-service is made possible with the help of voice interfaces. A robot consults citizens on &nbsp;the payment for utilities services and changes in their rates, responds to the questions about planned hot water outage, informs about the address of the nearest state services center “My documents” and its working hours, informs the date of readiness of a social card, patents, informs a citizen the contacts of the property management company using the subscriber’s address.

The robot improves its pronunciation in real time, analyzes subscribers’ stress and intonation. The analysis of the collected data allows the robot to offer the administrator of the system to make changes to the stress and intonation of words. The virtual operator learns how a human responds to his speech and how successful the communication has been.

The city-wide contact center uses the following technologies: omnichannel communication (mutual integration of disparate communication channels into a single system), robot-operator, person voice identification, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, emotion recognition by voice.

The site is used for carrying out polls among different groups of Moscow citizens in electronic form on the subject of the city’s development. In November 2017 the project adopted a blockchain technology. It is realized with the help of the Ethereum platform that runs on the basis of smart contracts and is an open-source program available on GitHub which guarantees the transparency of the solution. Every poll is secured by a smart contract where the storage and count of votes takes place.

Vote checking is carried out using a unique user identifier – a randomly selected number assigned to a user when he registers in the project. This identifier is used by the user himself to check the results of his voting in the huge amount of available vote results. A new user is registered using a mobile application and entering his mobile phone number and personal data.

In February 2018 the platform Active Citizen was used to launch a pilot project “Electronic house” to organize online meetings of homeowners.

The open source Active Citizen can be used by any federal subject of the Russian Federation; additionally it will require a redesign as well as integration with external systems.

A reference book of laboratory research – a reference guide for the physicians of the city’s clinics. It is created after all the laboratories were brought to a single methodology of working, the software is integrated with the Unified Medical Information and Analytical system.

The tool contains the data of several thousand lab research and tests. The information is collected by 12 types of research: clinical, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, genetic, etc. 6 more additional reference guides have been also developed, including “Biological materials”, “Loci”, “The rules of taking biological materials”, “Standard medical reports”.

The reference book helps physicians to decide which laboratory research and in which cases should be assigned. If several physicians have assigned a patient to take the same analyses, the system will inform you that they should be taken only once. The system allows you to print a note instructing a patient on how to prepare for the research.

All the analyses assigned for the patient are automatically synchronized in the system.

A reference book of laboratory research

A system for balancing out the busyness of regional physicians’ schedules through predicative analytics using the Big Data product from the Department of Information Technologies (DIT).

The solution aims at balancing out the busy schedules of regional physicians at clinics. It fulfills its purpose by taking account of the following: retaining most of the staff at their current workplaces, patient’s loyalty and his age and gender makeup, calculating the score of a person and predicting the number of visits using available information: age, gender, physical disability, etc. The algorithm would divide physicians into two groups: excessive busyness and insufficient busyness, sorting people out at clinics by the score, consistent regrouping of patients while balancing out the predicted busyness of schedules.

The solution is currently in the design stage.

A crowdsourcing cloud-based platform of Moscow’s government. It allows you to bring together citizens who are interested in sharing their ideas on a given subject, commenting and discussing, building on these ideas and selecting the best of them.

Registered users suggest their ideas on how to improve the city, then the experts choose the best of them. After that the users take part in the discussion and vote for the ideas they would like to support.

The electronic diary Moscow e-School helps the administration of a school manage the education process, specify attestation periods, forms of interim attestation.

The solution automatically generates progress reports. The integration of different information city-wide systems allows the electronic diary to display a student’s entire biography in his or her online account.

Teachers can form a calendar and thematic plan and create lesson plans, assign the content to the required lessons, link them to textbooks and lesson scenarios, carry out interim attestation. Parents can use the diary to get the information about their children’s progress and results. The electronic diary Moscow e-School also serves as a tool of communication between the homeroom teacher and parents.

The Moscow e-School Library contains offers modern interactive content for teachers and schoolchildren of Moscow. The platform allows you to create and use author content on separate subjects, audios, videos, images, interactive lessons, education applications and games, manuals and electronic textbooks for schoolchildren, as well as methodology materials.

The project enables teachers to share experience by publishing their own educational materials, while students can jointly assess and choose the best educational content. A grant system is in place for the participants for their contribution to the project. The size of grants depends on how much an author’s material is in demand &nbsp;with Moscow teachers.
