The advantage of the platform lies in the support of a wide range of software and equipment from different manufacturers, designed to ensure the correct operation of the PKI. Users of digital certificates and owners of electronic signatures can use client web applications to view certificates and key media issued to them, to track the validity period of their own certificates, and notify administrators and operators of important events.

Through web applications, users can independently revoke and renew their own certificates and key media, without the involvement of administrators and operators. The Administrator and Operator Console is a Web-based application for configuring, managing, and auditing the operation of PKI systems. Using the console, the administrator can manage integration with PKI components and configure the role model.

Integration modules allow the platform to interact with other components that are important for managing PKI and IT infrastructure. The role-based management model inside Indeed CM allows you to set up permissions for employees with different job responsibilities and implement, for example, a full separation of duties between security administrators and operators of certification centers, but not limited to them.
