The service includes daily backup copying, 3 days storage time, antivirus software and technical support. The service infrastructure complies with personal data security levels 3 and 4.

The confidentiality is provided by speech encryption using special telephone sets.

The voice is transmitted in private mode using asynchronous data transmission channel BS-26.

The service is based on FMC technology (Fixed Mobile Convergence), which created a single network of short mobile and office numbers. 

 The main automatic telephone station of the client company can be integrated with MegaFon network for calls to short numbers. Mobile numbers are integrated into the company’s single telephone networks, as if they were connected directly in automatic telephone exchange.

Express-Dial (FMC)

The service allows operator’s corporate clients to monitor, manage and control their staff and vehicles movements.

Using the service, the client can determine the location of subscribers in manual and automatic mode, receive information about the location of subscribers online, determine the location of a subscriber, who is not a corporate client’s employee, create and edit user objects and areas for further monitoring of subscribers location and create subscriber groups.

 The system also make it possible to receive notifications via SMS or e-mail during the monitoring of facilities and areas, get information about the subscribers closest to the object/area, send SMS to selected subscribers or a group via the service’s WEB interface, check the history of subscriber movements online, view the history of subscriber movements as tracks on the map and receive reports on subscriber movements.

The service informs the clients about their account status, transactions performed, purchases and appointments made and service sessions. 

 The system provides distribution of confirmation codes, sending password reset confirmation messages, advertisements about new services and promotions, targeted mailing and conducting client surveys.

Mobile informing

The service allows to optimize the control of vehicles, receive operative information about order fulfillment, control transport facilities and prevent emergencies.

 A GPS or GLONASS/GPS terminal is installed on the client’s vehicle, it allows to track the route of the vehicle, its speed, direction and other parameters. It is possible to connect additional devices and sensors to the terminal, they can monitor the amount of fuel in the tank, driving safety, the temperature in the refrigerator and allow the driver to send messages. 

 The information from the terminal is transmitted to the operator’s server. The information can be accessed using monitoring software of the “Vehicle fleet control” service.

The service allows to do video presentations, provide online lectures and seminars in HD for audiences of up to 1000 people.

There is a public text chat, a virtual board for drawing, it is possible to conduct surveys and votings, show desktop, documents and presentations and exchange files. 

The service also allows to archive the webinar.

Video conferences allow to hold video meetings and show presentations in HD quality. The service ensures communication of up to 100 people, allows to show up to 9 videos on a screen, and all the participants can talk and hear what others say.

The conference is available via a web browser on any computer, tablet or smartphone.

The participant can join the meeting using a link or the event ID and a phone number. The service includes chat, file exchange, conducting questionnaires, document and presentation demonstration, desktop viewing and a marker board.
