The software designed for automation of emergency medical aid stations provides the following: call reception, registration and forwarding, mobile team forming, monitoring and management, mass reassignment of medical teams in the event of emergency situations, the work of a single call processing center, data exchange with external information systems.

The server components of a type CIS SMP include: software “CIS SMP server”, “Telematic platform CIS SMP), geoinformation subsystem, VoIP server, database software.

CIS SMP provides automated recording and storage of voice conversations linking them to a call map. The product is built using programming libraries, database software and open source components which complies with the modern Russian requirements for information system creation.
