The hardware and software system allows you to track the movement of vehicles, control the work of a vehicle park, detect violations in a timely manner. The high degree of control over a vehicle park allows you to reduce costs on transportation maintenance due to reduced mileage and fuel consumption, prevent embezzlement and equipment misuse, optimize employees’ work, increase the security of transportation.

The built-in navigation receiver that receives the signals of GLONASS or GPS satellites enables the terminal set up on a car to determine the coordinates of a vehicle. Along with the readings of external sensors, including the fuel level sensors Omnicomm LLS, this information is sent and processed in Omnicomm Online cloud service over GSM or Wi-Fi network, the data can be received by a dispatcher in the form of reports from any computer with the help of a common Internet browser.

The software designed for automation of emergency medical aid stations provides the following: call reception, registration and forwarding, mobile team forming, monitoring and management, mass reassignment of medical teams in the event of emergency situations, the work of a single call processing center, data exchange with external information systems.

The server components of a type CIS SMP include: software&nbsp;“CIS SMP server”, “Telematic platform CIS SMP), geoinformation subsystem, VoIP server, database software.

CIS SMP provides automated recording and storage of voice conversations linking them to a call map. The product is built using programming libraries, database software and open source components which complies with the modern Russian requirements for information system creation.

The system analyses traffic flows and increases road capacity by up to 20% due to traffic lights automatic correction. The mobile complex Biathlon-S fixes speed limit exceeding, wrong side driving, road signs and marking violations and recognizes the license plates of vehicles.

C-pilot comes with a suite of sensors: TOF cameras, radar, lidars, other sensors for detecting objects, and a GLONASS/GPS based positioning sensor.

The data is processed by an onboard minicomputer. The sensors enable 360-degree &nbsp;environment perception. SLAM (simultaneous localization and mapping) technologies convert the geographic coordinates collected by positioning sensors into the car’s local coordinate system. Once the objects detection data and cartographic information is collected, road scene objects and the vehicle become linked to each other.

Static and dynamic objects’ position and movement tracking, near collision calculation, collision warning occurs at the next module.

The calculation of the optimal movement trajectory is made possible by an intelligent system that uses RRT (Rapidly Exploring random three) and an A search algorithm modification. The programs of the next module’s controller can turn the steering wheel at the required angle with the required speed, bring the car to a halt in time and increase the speed of the vehicle.

The system was used to develop the LDWS solution to warn about a car’s veering from a traffic lane, TSR – to identify road signs, FCW – to warn about a collision when a car rides with traffic, PPS – for the pedestrian protection system.
