Voice robot
Kvint maintains a self-sufficient dialogue with the client on a selected topic. It processes a large amount of calls simultaneously and therefore replaces operators. It can also reduce the phone peak traffic and call center costs by 4 times. The possibilities of the voice robot allow replacing 1000 operators, making up to 1 million phone calls per day.
