MatreshCar provides per minute and per day car rental services via a mobile app. To register the user needs to submit the photos of the documents, add a bank card and wait for the request to be approved. The document verification takes from 5 minutes up to several workdays. Free booking lasts 20 minutes.

MatreshCar provides free parking opportunities at the open municipal car parks. Per day tariff includes 150 km of driving, per minute tariff has no driving distance limit. The service is available in Moscow and areas of the Moscow region closest to the city, Saint-Petersburg  and Leningrad Oblast. 
A 21-year-old driver and older can use the service, required minimal driving experience is 2 years.
